[Bug 460511] [NEW] File names with slashes refust to save, but also dont throw an error

Public bug reported:

When attempt to save a file in the save as dialog with the name
"moreFS/IO.doc" the save button at the bottom does nothing.  I have come
to realize this may be because the file name is not being escaped and
the directory does not exist, but this should either be handled or an
error should be thrown.
