[Bug 460687] [NEW] Please remove clutter 0.8

To complete the Clutter 0.8 -> 1.0 transition, please remove clutter
from the archive. It has been superseded by clutter-1.0

It's only reverse dependency is clutter-cairo which also should be
removed. It has been deprecated and replaced by ClutterCairoTexture in
