[Bug 136842] Re: apparmor profiles into application packages

This is a very general bug report that can't really be 'fixed' or 'not
fixed'. However, we do have a policy in place for AppArmor profiles that
can be seen here: http://wiki.ubuntu.com/AppArmorProfileMigration. In
general, profiles under development will ship in the apparmor-profiles
package and be in complain mode. If deemed ready or generalizable
enough, the profile will be flipped to enforcing mode and shipped within
the package. Marking fix released since the policy is compliant with the
reporter's request.
