[Bug 461553] [NEW] show_roster_on_startup is set to true on exit

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gajim

Start gajim -> minimize it to tray -> close it via the trayicon. Then
start gajim again and you will see that the roster is displayed even if
you set show_roster_on_startup to false. On exit show_roster_on_startup
is set back to true in all cases.
