[Bug 461665] [NEW] Karmic: Resize Window's "initiate window resize" mouse binding only moves 1px

nate at whatevah:~$ ccsm -v
CCSM 0.8.2

Symptoms:
Cannot get mouse binding for "initiate window resize" to work.  Instead, a window menu appears where I click. (the same menu I get with alt-space).

Steps to reproduce:
1.  In CCSM, set a mouse binding for "initiate window resize" ... I used alt-button2 (alt-middlebutton)
     Window Management (section) > Resize Window > Bindings > (mouse) Initiate Window Resize
2. Hold ALT while dragging middle button.   Nothing happens.

** Affects: compizconfig-settings-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
