Please sync jta 2.6+dfsg-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
This fix the FTBFS as the missing dependency has been fixed in Debian
The package builds fine now, install fine, and run locally as a standalone 
applciation (didn't tested the applet part)

jta (2.6+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * (Build-)Depends on default-jdk (Closes: #526289).
  * Build-Depends on debhelper >= 7.
  * Let packages Depends on ${misc:Depends}.
  * Make short description of jta-doc unique.
  * Updated Standards-Version to 3.8.3.
