[Bug 461996] [NEW] In Karmic, LyX cannot find included pdf file (pdfpages)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: lyx

1) create a new lyx document and save it
2) Insert > File > External material
3) Browse to a pdf file and push OK button

The pdf file is not shown.
"Error converting to loadable format"

4) push "view PDF" button (pdflatex)

A latex error window is raised:
Package pdfpages Error: "Cannot find file '1_home_egissi_test'
Undefined control sequence
...

\includepdf{1_home_egissi_test}

...

I am at disposal for further analysis.
