[Bug 462083] [NEW] Wrong pc file name

Binary package hint: librest-dev

Other distributions ship librest with pc files named rest-0.6.pc where
Ubuntu ships a rest.pc.  This makes compiling application failes on
Ubuntu when the configure script is looking for rest-0.6.
