Workaround for the kolab caused problem:
  sudo mv /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/kolab /etc/apache2
  sudo apt-get install -f
  sudo apt-get remove ldap-account-manager
  sudo mv /etc/apache2/kolab /etc/apache2/sites-enabled
