rmadison tells me that:
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad | 0.10.11-2ubuntu1 | jaunty/universe | amd64, i386
gstreamer0.10-plugins-good | 0.10.16-1ubuntu3 |        karmic | amd64, i386

So it appear you mix karmic and jaunty packages here? Could you please
attach your /etc/apt/sources.list ?
