[Bug 463887] [NEW] tagtool freezes and max's out cpu

Karmic...version 0.12.3

When imputing data this version freezes and max's out cpu. Terminal
output below.

johnc at johnc4510:~$ tagtool

(tagtool:16449): Gtk-WARNING **: GtkSpinButton: setting an adjustment with non-zero page size is deprecated
convert_encoding: conversion error at offset 32

(tagtool:16449): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to
pango_layout_set_text()

After running "force quit" application is still running in htop and I
must kill the app. there too.

I have uninstalled and re-installed to see if that would help but it
didn't.
