Ok I looked though the log and saw that I was timing out on
more/diffrent servers.. So I added them to my hosts and I got it to
work.

Here is what I had to add:

216.34.181.59 downloads.sourceforge.net
213.203.218.122 mesh.dl.sourceforge.net
208.122.28.29 voxel.dl.sourceforge.net
