Some code was inadvertantly omitted from 1.1.4 (the version in karmic).
These lines of code create the ~/.jackdrc file which is needed to start
up jack correctly. These lines of code are in 1.1.5, which is requested
to be synced to lucid. See attached a patch for 1.1.4 which adds the
lines of code.

TEST CASE
To reproduce this bug:
Start a fresh install of LiVES (with no ~/.lives file) and with no ~/.jackdrc file. Select jack as your initial audio player.

The code in question was in LiVES prior to version 1.1.3, and is also in
the stable branch (1.0.x). It was removed inadvertantly in version 1.1.3
when pulse audio support was added.
