[Bug 465905] [NEW] Add possibility to move application to another category

Binary package hint: gnome-main-menu

Please add the possibility to move an application from one category to
another in an easy way.

For example, I have only one package in the Graphics section, namely OOo
Draw, so I'd like to move it to the Office section. To do that, I have
to delete it in the graphics section and add a new entry in the office
section, where I have to set up an identical copy. Please add a button
to enable a direct move or allow drag and drop between categories.
