[Bug 422814] [NEW] Initial tuning with Hauppauge HVR-4000 fails

Binary package hint: mythtv

The first tuning of any channel with analog tv fails, only after
switching the channel it works.

The fix from this

fixes this issue for me.

I'm running karmic with 0.22.0~trunk21556-0ubuntu1
