[Bug 425571] Re: wrong description of some applications

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Confirm in synaptic that the System monitor is installed 
  2. Open Ubuntu Software Store
  3. Select Installed applicatons and System tools
  4. System monitor shows as installed, click it
  5. There is no emblem showing that the app is installed and the description shows the description of a package ksysguard (which is not installed). It should show the emblem on the icon and the description of the package gnome-system-monitor.
