Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-store

Software Store trunk r179, Ubuntu Karmic

1. While an application is installing or removing, navigate to the "In Progress" section.
2. Open the "View" menu.

What you see: The "All Applications" and "Canonical-Maintained
Applications" items are sensitive, but do nothing.

What you should see: As defined in
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareStore#Menus>, "All items in this menu
should be insensitive by default". They should be sensitive only where
their behavior is explicitly defined.

** Affects: software-store (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
