[Bug 426861] [NEW] Context Info Panel plugin is unable to load

Libraries:

When I try to load the contextual info plugin, a dialog box pays saying,
Could not enable plugin: 'ContextPanel' object has no attribute
'builder'

The output of the software is the following:

Nothing else noticeable happens in exaile.
