[Bug 427813] [NEW] Ubuntu 9.04 (64bit) bufrtables won't compile without putting "A64=plat" in bufrtables/Makefile.in

Public bug reported:

emoslib_000370+dfsg.orig

When running the ./build_library with gcc/gfortran in 64 bit mode,
bufrtables fail to compile.

Ubuntu 9.04 x86_64
Kernel: 2.6.28-15-generic

This problem was solved by adding the line "A64 = plat" to
bufrtables/Makefile.in
