[Bug 428125] [NEW] [Karmic] kompozer cannot connect via ftp

Public bug reported:

The version on my Windows Worsta notebook works just fine, but the
version shipping with Karmic doesn't work at all.  At the crux of the
problem is the entry screens insistence that "ftp://" precede the ftp
address.  Some enterprising little dweeb changed the ftp utility
shipping with Karmic.
