Yeah software that is not installed, as well as software that isn't in
the repositories, is showing up in the Installed Software filter. Here's
some examples:

Not installed but in repositories: terminal.app, xubuntu-default-settings, gnome-chess
Not installed and not in repositories: Babytrans, Userful, Qlix
