[Bug 428630] [NEW] git-import-orig imports unrelated files

When I'm in the ubuntu branch and I trigger a git-import-orig it imports other (unknown) files (which were generated when packaging the ubuntu branch) along with the orig content.
It should complain when after checkout of master the path is not totally clean and abort the import (it seems it is not checking anything right now). If one doesn't check the changes manually afterwards a lot of garbage could slip in this way.
