[Bug 428640] [NEW] quickcam express 046d:0840 exposure incorrect

Public bug reported:

Very dark image in karmic because of incorrect exposure, upstream has 2
patches that improves the image, although it's still not as good as pre-
gspca day in jaunty.

There are couple more patches for the same sensor but I've not tried
those. Just the 2 patches above at least makes the webcam usable.
