[Bug 428740] [NEW] close butten is vanished from the firefox main windows

The Tabs of the firefox window has close button (X) but after closing all tab the remaining one does not have a close tab on top right of the window.  what to do with this problem?  Is it a bug attack? can you guide me its important.
I am using the 8th version of ubuntu.  even i could not up garde it to the new version.
