[Bug 429105] [NEW] Tp-Smapi isn't workin on the 2.6.31-10-generic amd64

Public bug reported:

The Tp-smapi module was working building fine for me on the
2.6.31-9-am64 kernel but after rebuilding on the 2.6.31-10-generic 64
kernel it nor longer works.

sudo modprobe -a hdaps

sudo modprobe -a tp_smapi
WARNING: Error inserting tp_smapi (/lib/modules/2.6.31-10-generic/extra/tp_smapi.ko): No such device or address
