Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mediamanager

This was an old sourcepackage split from kdebase in KDE3 days so that
Amarok 1.4 would work without a KDE3 kdebase. (Since kdebase was
upgraded to KDE4)

Amarok is now KDE4-based, and this source package is no longer needed.
It is unmaintained like the rest of KDE3 and has no rdepends.
