[Bug 429243] [NEW] Remove afflib from karmic

Binary package hint: afflib

Please remove afflib from karmic.

As a reaction to my recent upload to fix a FTBFS found by the archive
rebuild, I got contacted by upstream why we package such and old version
of afflib. And upstreams would prefer that we either package the current
version and failing that, would prefer to get this old version removed
as it causes confusion to his users. According to upstream this old
version is bug-ridden, has performance issues and lacks functionality.

Based on the non-maintainance of the current package in Ubuntu (packaged
in Sep 2006, one upload in Jun 2008 to fix a FTBFS, and other upload a
few days ago, also to fix a FTBFS) and no filed bugs, I'd assume that
this package has no users in Ubuntu. There are no r(build)depends.
