[Bug 429788] [NEW] Crazy Battery Indicator

Public bug reported:

The battery indicator still shows that I'm running my laptop on AC power
eventhough I unpluged the charger. Also, if it's running on battery, it
continues to show running on battery if I conect the charger. :(
