I would reopen this bug report if I could - the fix is not working in
Ubuntu 9.10.

I imagine it's not working correctly in other versions of Ubuntu,
although it might just be related to changes in Bash 4.0.

I've attached a working version of klibidoload.  It uses -n AND quotes
to test for empty arguments.
