[Bug 430475] [NEW] Firestarter doesn't support ipsec

Public bug reported:

Firestarter blocks esp and ah packets for ipsec connections and doesn't
provide any way to enable them.

Manually adding:

$IPT -A INPUT -p esp -j ACCEPT
$IPT -A INPUT -p ah -j ACCEPT

to /etc/firestarter/user-pre does the trick, but having this
configurable in the GUI would be much nicer even if it's just an 'Allow
ipsec' tick-box which enables and disables those protocols and the
ISAKMP ports (500) simultaneously. Ideally it should probably have a
capability to enable and disable individual protocols as well as ports.
