[Bug 434109] [NEW] Merkaartor in jaunty not compatable with 0.6 api

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: merkaartor

It is not possible to use the Merkaartor in jaunty (0.12) because it uses the 0.5 openstreetmap api, which has now been disabled on the openstreetmap servers. 

Please do a sru to 0.14, or a patched version on 0.12...
