[Bug 434445] [NEW] obsolete debhelper used in menu 2.1.41ubuntu1

Binary package hint: menu

complains at installation in karmic with :

  Ignoring install-info called from maintainer script
  The package menu should be rebuild with new debhelper to get trigger support

tested on a freshly upgraded from jaunty to karmic alpha 6 while adding
apt-file, which pulls menu as one of its dependencies
