This bug was fixed in the package hammerhead - 2.1.3-9ubuntu1

hammerhead (2.1.3-9ubuntu1) karmic; urgency=low

  * src/config.cc: fix a FTBFS by copying the const char * to a char *
    variable before using it (LP: #434752)
  * src/cmdline.cc: added header of cstdio to fix a compilation error with
    gcc 4.4
