[Bug 435126] [NEW] euca2ools 20090731 does not generally behave as the ec2-* tools

Binary package hint: euca2ools

euca2ools is set to replace ec2-*-tools in our shipped images. However
current euca2ools (bzr20090731) does not generally behave like the ec2
counterparts, some argument parsing behave differently. This has been
reportedly fixed upstream, so we need to sync with their current state.
