[Bug 436300] [NEW] apparmor prevents /sbin/dhclient3 from working

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apparmor

nm-applet does not work on a Ubuntu 9.10 LiveCD because apparmor is
blocking dhcpclient.

After stopping apparmor service DHCP and nm-applet work fine.

the dmesg message is:
