[Bug 436411] [NEW] backup does not work anymore

Public bug reported:

after migrating to karmic, my scheduled backup did not work :
mysql error displayed in mail log

so I launched mysql admin gui interface , I try manually to do a normal
backup , it begins and then prints the following message

The 'SHOW PROFILE' feature is disabled; you need MySQL built with 'enable-profiling' to have it working
