0.6.17 version adds support for Rutoken ECP, but 0.6.18 fix some Rutoken S support bugs  
it would be nice to see this changes in karmic 

another reason for the upgrade can be founded several bugs in  etc/Info.plist
the array of devices is not agreed, as is evident from the line numbers (many devices may not work by openct-idf.bundle)
