[Bug 438211] [NEW] vlc 1.02 can not capture v4l2 video stream, vlc 1.01 works fine

VLC 1.01 can capture the video stream from my adaptec videooh! 2010 pci card.
vlc 1.02 can not, the error is

 Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'v4l2://'. Check the log for details.
