[Bug 438394] [NEW] missing dependency in gsmartcontrol package

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gsmartcontrol

Ubuntu 9.10 x64
Package Version: gsmartcontrol 0.8.4-2

expected to happen:
Install gsmartcontrol package, go to Applications->System Tools->GSmartControl, start the application.

Instead:
When starting the application, I get an error: Failed to execute child process "su-to-root" (No such file or directory)

gsmartcontrol should include the menu package in the dependencies.
