[Bug 438658] [NEW] GW6C init script doesn't look for a config file

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gw6c

In tspc, the package gw6c replaces, the init script is set up to pass an
argument to tspc to read configuration from /etc/tsp/tspc.conf - gw6c's
config file should be called "gw6c.conf", so a suggested location would
be /etc/gw6c. However, the init script or gw6c does not provide a
location for a config file, meaning that a customised config file cannot
be used eg if a user wishes to use their freenet6 account rather than an
anonymous tunnel.

This conflicts with the fact that the gw6c package installs a manpage
and example for gw6c.conf.

** Affects: gw6c (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
