Binary package hint: winff

Upstream has an updated translation for Spanish and additional files for
Argentinian and Uruguayan Spanish.

Please find attached a debdiff file against winff_1.0.4-2ubuntu1
including those changes.

  * Updated the language patch from upstream for improved Spanish
    translation
  * Added Argentinian and Uruguan Spanish translations from upstream.
