[Bug 439726] [NEW] /etc/apparmor/initramfs assumes availability of /usr too early

Binary package hint: apparmor

At boot time, /etc/apparmor/initramfs throws errors about not finding
'find' and 'xargs' commands.  It appears this script is being run too
early, before /usr is mounted?
