[Bug 517837] [NEW] Vuze Rate Limiter Control Doesn't Allow Enough Time for Selection

In the bottom-right corner of the  Vuze GUI, it provides a
download/upload rate limiter control.

However, upon clicking this control, you have only a second to make your
selection before it disappears. It often takes me a few tries before I'm
able to select the rate I want fast enough.

I'm using Ubuntu Desktop 64bit 9.10.
