[Bug 520240] [NEW] Does not install create /etc/apache2/mods-avaiable/authz_unixgroup.load file

Binary package hint: libapache2-mod-authz-unixgroup

The package by default does not create a /etc/apache2/mods-
avaiable/authz_unixgroup.load.  The file I created inorder to load the
module is attached.
