Please sync ristretto 0.0.22-2 (universe) from Debian sid (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
There's no delta, ubuntu patches have been applied in the Debian
package as well. It's ok to sync from unstable, as the patch has
already been tested in lucid...
