[Bug 502090] Re: VLC quits upon resizing

Before quitting vlc, I resized the movie window several times to full-
screen and window-screen. I guess these errors where risen by doing
this:

QPainter::begin: Paint device returned engine == 0, type: 1
[????????] x11 video output error: X11 request 42.0 failed with error code 8:

  When I watch DVD-Movies, VLC would immediately quit when I try to resize
- the window. (E.g. "Batman Begins", original DVD)
+ the window or switch to fullscreen mode. (E.g. "Batman Begins", original
+ DVD)
  
  I tried to make a gdb report, but VLC would not crash if I call it via
  console. (Whether with or without gdb)
  
  I'll attach the gdb log as well as the console output when I just
  executed "vlc" in console
