[Bug 502116] [NEW] alsa_in and alsa_out missing

Hi!

I'm the Debian maintainer of the jackd package and while chatting with
an Ubuntu user, I noticed that you don't provide the binaries alsa_in
and alsa_out for karmic (and probably all earlier releases).

They are useful if you want to add secondary soundcards to your already
running jackd, e.g. USB microphones, more in-channels from a second
card, more out channels on a second card and so on.

I encourage you to include these two binaries ASAP. Syncing with the
Debian package would do the trick, we already ship them.
