[Bug 502133] [NEW] sound juicer crashes when ripping unknown cd

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sound-juicer

When ripping a cd without description found in Musicbrainz the program segfaults.
This probably happens because the program no longer fills in the Title, Author and Track Name fields with default labels such as Unknown Disc.
On the developer's homepage (http://www.burtonini.com/blog/computers/sound-juicer) it is stated that version 2.28.1 fixes this issue.
Is it possible to upgrade ubuntu package to version 2.28.1 or at least include the bugfix patches in ubuntu's package?
