[Bug 502420] [NEW] opening burn dialog interrupts all inprogress cd/dvd writes

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dvdstyler

Simply opening the burn dialog results in all cd/dvd burners attached to
the system being reset.  As a result all actual burns currently in
progress are interrupted, trashing the CD or DVD that was being created.
