  * SECURITY UPDATE: Resolve multiple file permission issues (LP: #499629)
    - debian/patches/set_file_permissions.patch: Do not create data files
      world r/w by default (CHEF-686)
    - debian/patches/file_backup_permissions.patch: Preserve file permissions
      when creating a backup (CHEF-812)
